Server Change and Cable Internet

Okay, the server change was is complete, and my regular email addresses are working normally. On a related note, we’re (finally) getting cable internet. Next thursday, a 3Mbps connection. Oh, also, from next Saturday to the following Tuesday I’ll be gone (April 2-5). That means, no internet, no email, no IM, no nothing. Sorry about that. That’s all for now.

Just to let you know, since I’m changing servers and the domains and DNS and such, this website and/or my email accounts might be down for a short period of time. Use my @earthlink or @gmail accounts to send me emails, thanks.

I’m changing (well, changed) servers. As you can see, the database and such are still here, but all of the images and media are still on the old server. Expect to see those back on monday.

I have two things I want to finish soon.

  1. Make the news posting script also post to the rss feed automatically
  2. And finish the discussion script

Of course, with soccer and such, I’ll have little time (or in the mood) to work on these, but I will finish them sometime. :-p

Hey there, real quick, but I have about 10 photos that I took in Olympia. Well, I took a bunch more, but I like these the best. Check them out here Enjoy!

Whelp, I’m back now. And truthfully, I maganged to revert into a semi-normal emotional state. So yeah, if I think you’re important enough I’ll tell you about that. For the rest of you, I’ll tell you about the trip the next time I see you. Until then….because right now I’m going to take a bath and then watch some alias.

Just when you think that it’s all going to return to a semi normal state. You get the news that Meghan has severe brain damage and is extremly critical. I mean, they’re seriously talking about removing life support in a few days. I don’t really know what to do, or to think anymore. I knew her a lot more than I knew Marissa, and this news hit a lot harder. The only thing I can do is hope for something to happen to improve her recovery, and soon. I’m not a religious person, but if you’re reading this, include Meghan into your prayers. I guess you don’t know how someone affects your life until you have the very real chance of losing them forever.
